The medical team of CMED is formed by a multidisciplinary group of medical professionals related to the digestive system and with the diagnosis of their diseases.
Gastroenterologists, children's digestives, general and digestive surgeons, specialists in endoscopy and functional digestive tests, radiologists and psychologists. All work together to give a service and a personalized treatment to our patients.

1984 - 1990. Degree in Medicine and Surgery of Universidad de Córdoba.
1990 -1995. He moves to Italy where he studies the specialty in Anaesthesia, Reanimation and Pain Treatment at Universidad La Sapienza working as resident embedded within the Program for Lung, Renal and Hepatic Transplant.
1990 - 1995. During this period he also specialises in Morphologic Basis of Loco-Regional Anaesthesia in the Faculty of Medicine of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
1990 - 1995. In Harvard Medical School (Boston, USA) attends the Anaesthesia Update and Review.
1996. He returns to Spain as Assistant to the Department of Anaesthesia of Hospital Universitario La Paz de Madrid.
1996. He starts working at Clínica Nuestra Seńora Del Rosario with the team of Dr Rubio Pérez.
1996 - 2004. He joins as Chief the Anaesthesia Service of Hospital San Rafael (Madrid) and continues his work in different Clinics such as Nuestra Seńora del Rosario, Clínica La Luz, Clínica Cisne and Hospital Ruber Juan Bravo 39 (former Hospital San Camilo).
2004 - 2008. He focuses his whole career in the coordination of the Anaesthesia Service at Clínica Nuestra Seńora del Rosario and Hospital Ruber Juan Bravo 39 (former Hospital San Camilo), as well as Clínica La Luz.
2008 - Present. He creates his team of Anaesthesia, RUMO ANESTESIA, in order to provide a more personal service with highly qualified professionals in this field to Hospital Ruber Juan Bravo 39 (former Hospital San Camilo), Clínica Surgicenter, Clinica La Luz and CMED.

His main hobby is his family. He dedicates his free time to his kids with whom he shares hobbies they enjoy together.
What is your opinion about the current state of this medical speciality? What about its future?
Anaesthesia has the challenge of providing comfort to the patient. The moment we achieve the milestone of the patient undergoing surgery with little impact on its daily life it will be thanks to the progress I hope this specialty, Anaesthesiology, will experiment. .
What do you like the most about this career? What about CMED?
Working with patients daily is the aspect I enjoy the most about my career: being able to help them thanks to my knowledge, "research" activities associated with diagnostic processes, and the creative process that brings together surgery science and artistry.
The professionality and good work are the two main requirements for me and CMED fulfilling them makes me feel proud of being part of its Medical Team. On the other hand, when covering the whole range of digestive interventions, from the simplest such as endoscopy to the most complex surgeries, CMED offers me the opportunity to continue mastering my specialty.
